Do you have a passion for enhancing the wellbeing of employees As a Housing & Wellness Assistant Manager youll play a key role in ensuring our staffs comfort and satisfaction by managing employee housing and wellness programs. If youre a proactive and empathetic professional with a love for creating a positive work environment wed love to hear from you!
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Oversee employee housing facilities to ensure cleanliness safety and proper maintenance .
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues or repairs quickly and efficiently .
- Manage housingrelated documentation such as lease agreements and inventory of furnishings and supplies .
- Act as a point of contact for employees with housing inquiries or concerns .
- Develop and implement wellness programs aimed at improving employees physical and mental wellbeing .
- Organize wellness activities and events encouraging participation and engagement .
- Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and suggest improvements for greater impact .
- Support employees in maintaining a healthy worklife balance offering resources and guidance .
- Foster communication between employees and management ensuring a positive and inclusive environment .
- Collaborate with People & Culture and other teams to meet employee needs and improve overall satisfaction .
- Ensure compliance with health safety and housing regulations to maintain a secure environment .
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to both housing and wellness initiatives .
- Assist in budget management for housing and wellness programs ensuring responsible use of resources .
- Manage emergencies related to housing or wellness offering immediate support when needed .
