To supervise the service activities in the villa restaurant aiming all times for the highest possible customer satisfaction and relieves the Manager during his / her absence.
Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations.
Provided highest level of customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
Aids in developing coordinating and enforcing systems policies procedures and productivity standards.
Oversaw training needs inventory control supply orders and other logistical responsibilities.
To be aware of all VIPs visiting or staying in the villa.
To prepare forecasts and statistics
To ensure that all team members are aware of the outlet timings and promote the internal activities and events.
Qualifications :
Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
2 years or more experience in 45 star Hotel
Russian Speaker (Can communicate and read confidently in Russian)
Fluent in English (A foreign language will be an advantage)
Profile with Master in one of the recognized hospitality schools is a plus
