Your role is to represent the best interests of the hotel maintaining observing and conforming to the legal parameters framework and law of the country and will include responsibilities such as:
Process & completion of employment visas residence visas and all Heartists transactions related to immigration.
Process entertainers permit as requested from F&B Events departments and tenants on our account on DTCM online system.
Update the tracking lists such as passport & visa expiry date licenses expiry date etc.
Responsible for releasing and receiving Heartists passports and updating the related lists.
Make sure that all colleagues collect their EID once received from Emirates post office.
Obtain monthly reports from the immigration website to maintain all records.
Ensure that you maintain total confidentiality at all the time.
Liaise and work closely with the Talent & Culture Coordinator to ensure that forms and formats for all transactions are correct and as per standard.
Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Talent & Culture Department advised of such changes.
Submit relevant documents periodically to the immigration office with regard to absconding.
Complete departure and exit formalities to the airport for Heartists after cancellation of visas.
Obtain quarterly sponsorship reports from the immigration office and tally sponsorships and resubmit to immigration office with relevant support documents.
Inform with official communication from the Government whenever there is a dry day or public holiday announcement.
Submit all receipts and expense claims to Finance Department on timely basis.
Participate in the filing process for each Heartist by adding all government documents and expenses form in personal file.
Carry out other relevant tasks and duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
Able to develop and build harmonious working relationships with Heartists and management.
Organization and effective time management skills.
Must be confidential in all Talent & Culture matters.
Understanding and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Strong organizational skills
Good working knowledge of computers MS Office and Government Online Systems.
