As a Wok Chef at Rosas Thai Kitchen you will be responsible for:
- Wok cooking: Expertly preparing various Thai dishes using the wok.

Requirements
To be a successful Wok Chef at Rosas Thai Kitchen you should have:
- Culinary experience: Previous experience as a Wok Chef or knowledge of Thai cuisine.
- Wok cooking skills: Proficiency in wok cooking techniques.
- Food safety knowledge: Understanding of food safety principles.
- Time management: Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Attention to detail: Focus on food preparation and presentation.
- Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute.
- High school diploma: A basic educational qualification.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Culinary education or relevant stock certifications are a plus. Previous experience as a kitchen Commis or in a similar role within a restaurant or culinary establishment is advantageous. Knowledge in Asian/Thai Cuisine is an advantage Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods is desirable. Passion for food and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a culinary career. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team and effectively take direction from supervisors. Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects as required in a kitchen environment. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in a kitchen environment. Valid food handling and safety certifications are a plus.
