Deliver and serve food at tables. Use established food handling and serving techniques as per Jumeirah standard.
Maintain the table setting by clearing courses as completed, cleaning and maintaining server stations, replacing utensils, refreshing water glasses, dealing with spills, moving dishes and glasses from tables or counters, take them to kitchen for cleaning.
Ensure that high standard of personal hygiene and grooming are strictly observed and followed.
Ensure the guests of the outlet experience an enjoyable and memorable by following the outlet sequence of service.
Handle guests' inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to the Team Leaders if no immediate solution can be found.
Ensure adherence to departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions enabling delivery of luxurious service to guests and in line with Jumeirah standard of excellence.
