Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Broker to work in our Real Estate office. You should help us to sell real estate properties and find prospective buyers for the same.

You should have adequate sales experience to assist people to make important propertyrelated decisions. You should advise property to interested buyers according to their needs. In addition to this you should also be able to help landlords to promote advertise their property for sale as well as rent.

You will connect the prospective buyers to the sincere property owners and other Real Estate professionals. You should also help them sign the agreement with mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare legal documentations like agreements deeds and contracts.
  • Approach potential clients to buy and sell residential properties.
  • Keep a list of properties for sale along with its location and features.
  • Administer day to day Real Estate Agents work.
  • Advice clients about market conditions and their impact factors.
  • Assist sellers in promoting their properties.
  • Carry out research to assess the market value of the properties.
  • Ensure that all real estate transactions initiated are in complete compliance with laws and regulations
  • List commercial properties for sale on local and on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
  • Stay up to date with the knowledge of the market and the best possible prices.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in any discipline or High school diploma.
    • 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker.
    • A valid license to work as a real estate broker will be preferred.
    • Proven record of estate sales.
    • Ability to solve misunderstandings and disagreements between buyers and sellers.
    • Strong working knowledge of Real Estate law and policies.
    • Basic computer skills like MS Office.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Outstanding negotiation skills.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Trustworthy and critical thinker.
    • Outstanding listening skills
