Roles and responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to retain and grow partnerships throughout MENA, across Loyalty, Gift Cards and Payments, and in line with the Partnerships Strategy and Key Account Management best practice
- Delivering revenue targets through the sale of various loyalty services, marketing channels and other available products and services
- Ensuring strong engagement of partners in the programme and providing them with tools to use customer loyalty as a sales and marketing lever
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in participating companies to drive business growth
- Developing & delivering compelling Earn / Burn promotions to drive engagement of partners and members
- Provide robust briefs to Marketing & Insights teams on partner campaigns, developing strong ROI models / business cases, and developing annual marketing plans for each key partner
- Developing benefits validation models for each partner to show value and impact of programme participation
- Driving business development efforts by exploring new partnerships and growing existing relationships
- Drafting & maintaining partner and supplier agreements/contracts, negotiating renewal terms
- Quarterly business reviews with existing clients showcasing programme performance and impact using a host of data points and analytics, demonstrating strong ROI and creating appetite for early renewals
- Creating & maintaining partner / sector specific fact-books & deep-dive studies
- Annual budgeting to establish revenue targets, regular forecasting to estimate year-end revenue position
- Briefing legal, marketing, product and project teams and including them as required to facilitate campaigns, technical development, contract renewals
- Work with marketing, project and technical teams and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Taking a complete handover from Business Development team for all new deals signed, and ensuring a smooth transition into Partnerships Management team
- Developing & maintaining competitive landscape models on the regional and global loyalty industry
