Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Image Executive to join our dynamic Corporate Image Department. The ideal candidate will support multiple projects working closely with the Corporate Image Manager and CLevel management to maintain and enhance the companys corporate image across all levels. This role requires strong administrative skills project coordination and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple projects ensuring timelines quality and objectives are met in alignment with the companys vision.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and corporate image standards.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and managing meetings preparing reports and managing communication with CLevel management.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of corporate imagerelated policies and processes.
- Support budget tracking invoicing and procurement processes for related projects.
- Prepare and manage project documentation ensuring all records are accurate and updated.
- Assist the Corporate Image Officer with managing uniformrelated tasks during their absence.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
Experience in project coordination or administrative roles is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
A strong sense of professionalism and an eye for detail regarding corporate image and branding.
