Project Coordinator - ANONYMOUSLY

We are seeking a European dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator and as an istant to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overseeing conduct of all activities and followup with project managers and report to the project director.

2. Maintaining proper coordination between projects and our factory along with project managers and director.

3. Follow up the commercial part (payments & invoicing) of the projects as per the project directors instruction.

4. Ensuring appropriate monitoring doentation and evaluation of the projects.

5. Check with the procurement for the status of the ordered LPOs.

6. Controlling the project payment with Project Managers & Accounts.

7. Work closely and build positive relationships with project partners and provide support & istance.

8. Maintain good relations with our clients and coordinate with the project director.

Requirements

1. Any graduation.

2. 3 5 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Must be present in UAE.
