Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to manage our online platform . The position is based in Abu Dhabi and is available immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire ecommerce platform from A to Z
- Upload product information to the website including descriptions photos pricing and updates
- Process and manage online orders ensuring smooth transaction handling
- Coordinate deliveries ensuring timely shipments
- Manage returns and exchanges for customers
- Monitor online inventory and ensure product availability
- Handle digital marketing aspects of the platform including promotions and special offers
- Implement and execute social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement
- Create and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads Facebook Instagram)
- Track performance metrics and optimize the site to improve sales and user experience
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing an ecommerce platform
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce platforms (Shopify WooCommerce etc.)
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with stock management software CRM and order management tools
- Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing practices
- Experience in managing social media (content creation engagement advertising campaigns)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Selfmotivated with strong organizational skills
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED3500.00 AED5000.00 per month
