Client Engagement: Engage with clients on-site, particularly across the Middle East, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
Workshop Facilitation: Run client workshops, driving discussions and building consensus on project goals and strategies.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Hands-On Support: Provide hands-on assistance during critical phases of project delivery, quickly resolving any technical challenges.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Key Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: A robust developer background with extensive experience in digital transformation and artificial intelligence, especially within generative AI. Profound understanding of AI methodologies, including fine-tuning models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation, and prompt engineering.
Pre-Sales Consulting: Proven experience in pre-sales consulting, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs. Expertise in translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
