Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee the production of swords and daggers in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metalworking a keen eye for quality and exceptional leadership abilities. This role involves managing the entire manufacturing process ensuring efficiency quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements
Proven experience as a blacksmith with a strong portfolio of work
Proficiency in various blacksmithing techniques and metalworking tools
Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of metallurgy and materials science is a plus
