We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Strategist to join our dynamic product management team. The Product Strategist will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our products driving innovation and ensuring that our product offerings align with customer needs and business goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking datadriven decisionmaking and deep customer insights. The Product Strategist will also manage the UI/UX team ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all products.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and :
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the companys overall vision and business objectives.
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with market and customer needs.
DataDriven Insights:
- Conduct indepth market research competitive analysis and customer research to inform product strategies and identify opportunities.
- Analyze data from various sources to generate insights and make informed product decisions.
Customer and Market Research:
- Gather and analyse customer feedback conduct surveys and perform user interviews to gain deep insights into customer needs and pain points.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
UI/UX Team Management:
- Lead and manage the UI/UX team ensuring the design and user experience align with the overall product strategy.
- Foster a collaborative environment where UI/UX designers and researchers can thrive and produce their best work.
- Ensure a consistent and highquality user experience across all products by overseeing design processes and standards.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with design development QA and marketing teams to ensure successful of product strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the product team and other stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and priorities.
Performance Tracking and Feedback:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to measure product success.
- Implement a continuous feedback loop to refine and improve product features and strategies based on user feedback and performance data.
Innovation and Problem Solving:
- Encourage and foster innovation within the product team developing creative solutions to meet business and customer needs.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and approaches for product improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering Design or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience:
- 5 years of experience in product management product strategy or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.
- Experience with data analysis market research and customer insights.
- Experience managing UI/UX teams and understanding design principles and usercentric design methodologies. Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
