- Communicates the processes to follow in terms of booking quality and correct data input into the PMS, towards the reservation and front office team
- Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and mix management.
- Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels
- Provide guidance on corporate transient negotiated pricing, group pricing for each group, and wholesale pricing
- Ensure effective pricing strategies are in place to reflect asset strength relative to the competition in each market
- Effectively manage and be in control of all inventory (transient, group, wholesale allotments and other) and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including branded web, 3rd party sites, TARS, and the GDS
- Provides relevant information and recommendations to the Director of Sales and General Manager in the decision-making process of promotion participation, offline contracts and pricing thereof
- Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance
- Produce all relevant components of the Budget pertaining to Revenue Management
- Validate comp set RevPAR forecast by month to ensure effective soft spot calendar planning
- Identify and develop soft participations/promotions and strategies
- Lead the DOSM in participation in online strategies
- Understanding the 360-degree process in forecasting the revenue-based strategies
- Provide complexity of mix business by knowing pricing sensitivity and play a vital role in the F&B Revenue generation.
Develop solid synergies between assigned hotels to drive revenue growth
What We need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Economics, or a related field will be an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of driving revenue growth including but not limited to Rooms, Food & Beverage / MICE venues, and other resort facilities.
- Exposure to diverse segmentations is a must, preferably leisure and wholesale business mix. Resort experience in a dynamic market will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools, as well as hotel property management systems.
- Excellent understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Familiarity with online distribution channels, pricing structures, and yield management principles
- Strong leadership skills to lead, inspire and develop the Revenue and Reservations Team, strong ability to influence key stakeholders in hotels of assignments.
