Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waiter to join our clients team at their nonhalal French dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Waiter with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests needs.
Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests tables.
Handle any special requests or dietary restrictions with care and attention.
Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining area.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of menu items daily specials and restaurant promotions.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Waiter in a highend restaurant.
Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail.
Attentiveness and patience when dealing with customers.
Strong team spirit and ability to work well with others.
Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Fluency in French is preferred.
Good personality and age less than 35 years old.
