Job Description
Job Title: Sales Boys
Location: Dubai
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 1000 AED 1400
Benefits: Accommodation provided
Age: Below 30 years
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting products offering suggestions based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain the display and arrangement of products in an attractive manner.
- Handle inquiries regarding product details pricing and availability.
- Process transactions and handle cash or credit payments accurately.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Ensure adherence to the store s policies and procedures.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally escalating them to the supervisor when necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not required.
Skills Required:
- Ability to interact with customers in a polite friendly and helpful manner.
- Ability to stand for long hours and handle physical tasks like lifting or moving products.
- Clear and effective communication both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate and work well with others to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with the types of products sold in supermarkets and the ability to assist customers with inquiries.
Specific Criteria/Requirements:
- Candidates should be wellgroomed attractive and energetic.
- Positive attitude professional demeanor and enthusiasm in dealing with customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
