Job Description
Job Title: Waiter
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 1000 AED 1400 per month
Benefits: Food and accommodation provided
Age Requirement: Below 35 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure timely service of orders and attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items as appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables dining areas and service stations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently escalating as necessary.
- Process payments and ensure the proper handling of cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels including cutlery crockery and condiments.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Positive energetic and teamoriented attitude.
- Good grooming and presentable appearance.
- Ability to stand for long periods and manage physical tasks such as carrying trays.

Additional Criteria:
- Must be active and energetic with a friendly demeanor.
- Wellgroomed and presentable to interact with customers professionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
