Full Stack Web Developer Arabic Speaker - Property Shop Investment LLC

Primary Purpose

The role of the Full stack Web Developer is to assist the Lead Developer and collaborate with the team to develop and maintain systems that meet business needs. The Coding Artist is responsible for creating unique and engaging web page designs using computer programming skills. As part of the PSI marketing team the goal is to write code learn and take notes from senior team members. In the first few months depending on proficiency and tasks at hand the Coding Artist may work in a pair programming environment alongside a senior team member. As proficiency with the codebase grows there may be opportunities to work remotely and manage time within team deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide code and organize new video websites using opensource and inhouse technology.
• Keep existing websites functional and updated with new technology and content and create new concepts as needed.
• Create widgets for online video on the PSI company website.
• Assist in making designs and testing technical solutions.
• Execute plans and coding standards per PSI protocols.
• Advocate for time management and meet deadlines consistently.
• Apply standard systems development lifecycle processes and PSI methodologies effectively.
• Incorporate industry trends and developments to enhance project services.
• Apply feedback to daytoday work and strive for performance improvement.
• Comply with all PSI policies and procedures.
• Work diligently under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with PSI clients and internal staff maintaining a positive image of PSI.
• Conduct all client and internal communications through the PSI official number adhering to email etiquette.
• Understand clients needs and monitor their preferences.
• Develop strong knowledge of PSI products and services.
• Demonstrate how PSI products and services benefit clients across various business verticals.
• Engage in logical problemsolving.
• Develop XHTML/CSS/JavaScript for various projects using Suite CS5 and Power BI.
• Maintain and enhance the current website adding more appealing features.
• Redesign website sections to ensure a more attractive and userfriendly experience.
• Update website content daily.
• Redesign existing websites to improve user experience and incorporate SEO techniques to increase traffic.
• Design and develop functional dashboards for users.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and backend developers to strategize and plan website releases.
• Handle all My Lead errors.
• Enhance My Lead (added bulk upload feature refresh buttons to load leads tested SMS login).
• Create and publish around 35 Power BI reports per team including lead details transactions and units.
• Publish reports to My Lead with the scheduler refreshing those reports every 2 hours.
• Create maintain and distribute monthly reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding content creation website traffic and other Pipeline work stages.
• Take the lead on Health Safety & Environment (HSE) to ensure safe systems of work and safe conditions are in place within the area of responsibility.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned by management.

A. Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

• BS in computer science or a related field (Attested Degree Mandate).

B. Experience:

• 2 4 years of experience in Web Development or a similar role.
• Experience with serverside frameworks such as Python Ruby PHP Java ASP ASP.NET.
• Experience with database systems such as SQL and Oracle.

C. Skills and Competencies:

• Critical thinker and problemsolving skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML CSS (LESS/SASS) and JavaScript (Preferably React or Angular).
• Experience with serverside frameworks such as PHP (Preferably .NET Core).
• Experience with database systems such as SQL and MySQL.
