We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef experienced in Turkish or Georgian cuisine to assist in leading our client kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence a creative flair and the ability to work in a upscale dining highpressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in the daytoday operations of the kitchen.
- Oversee food preparation cooking and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Lead mentor and develop junior kitchen staff ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory including ordering stock rotation and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Contribute to menu development bringing innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage kitchen operations during the Head Chefs absence.
- Collaborate with the frontofhouse team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques food safety standards and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
