Engage with local entities to define scholarship requirements, quotas and focus areas ensuring alignment with overarching educational objectives.Facilitate students in obtaining acceptances from recognised academic institutions, reviewing their eligibility criteria and channelling suitable candidates for scholarship finalisationRegularly monitor and support employees on their academic journey, providing necessary assistance and tracking performance metrics.Maintain comprehensive records of scholarship awardees, and academic progress, and liaise with institutions to ensure compliance with scholarship terms.
