Job Summary:
As a Sr.Sales Executive you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers and achieving sales targets for our range of furniture and upholstery products. You will play a key role in promoting our products and services to clients both inperson and online and will collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

1 Passionate Sales force with selfmotivation who works upon creative Sales Strategies
- Focus on predominantly new villas in the different villa Communities of UAE. The candidate needs to plan the territory well and prepare a database by doing effective cold calling. Connections need to be built with referral partners like Light suppliers Rug Suppliers Glass Contractors Landscape Contractors.
2 Selling point is mainly through projects in the direction of Custom Upholstery and Custom Furnitures
like Sofas/ Dining chairs/ Bar stools/ wall panels/ Outdoor Seating and cushions.
3 Monthly Sales Target of AED 500000/ broken down into different services of Upholstery and Custom
Furniture/ contract Furniture.
4 To work on a Pipeline of Clients worth 1 million and above every month. Interior Designers and Contractors database needs to be built. Every Week 25 new Contractors/ID to be visited and listed down.Focus on growing and building New Accounts into Projects/Corporates/ Interior Designers/ Consultants/Contractors. 2 New Accounts to be billed every week.
5 Listing and forecasting the Top Projects in UAE every quarter and working closely with top Architects in the market to getting our Brands and Products specified.
6 A great understanding of costing to make Estimations for Enquiries received and visited.
7 To be well equipped to make client presentations effectively via using digital tools of Moodboardsand physical samples of finishes like Fabrics Leathers or Wood.
-Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). -Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the furniture, upholstery, or home decor industry. -Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
