The Human Resources Executive will play a key role in supporting our HR operations focusing on talent acquisition employee relations and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive detailoriented and capable of managing multiple HR functions to contribute to the overall success of Gulf Talent.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role preferably within a recruitment or talent management environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. HR certifications (e.g. CIPD SHRM) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices employment laws and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with HR systems and tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
