Senior Specialist Low Carbon Innovations

• Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in alignment with the fund's strategic objectives and investment criteria, with a focus on clean technologies and energy transition.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring for potential investments.
• Prepare and present investment proposals and recommendations to the fund's investment committee and senior management.
• Manage and monitor the performance of the fund's portfolio companies and provide strategic and operational support as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Adnoc's business units, portfolio companies, co-investors, advisors, and industry experts.
• Support the fund's business development, marketing, and reporting activities.
