Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance checks on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues swiftly, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to minimize operational disruptions.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Document maintenance activities and repairs in detail, maintaining accurate logs for future reference and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
