Roles & Responsibilities
To be responsible to provide contractual advice for Originating Function and support to prepare contractual correspondence with contractors and bidders.
Review and maintain standard contract forms, standard bid document form and update if necessary.
Understand and ensure compliance with contract terms, identify and mitigate legal risks for the Company.

Any Arab National, Emirati (UAE), Indonesian, Malaysian
Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
