Job Summary:
To enter orders accurately and reply to customers# requests to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Provide excellent and consistent communication to both internal and external customers on daytoday business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond in a timely manner to all customers request/enquiries for standard information such as standard pricing according to the list prices availability of product lead time Minimum Order Quantity catalogue or sample requests through phone and email.
- Responsible for the management and processing of the order accurately and send acknowledgement to the customer.
- Manage customer Complaints as a standard process and keep the customer regularly updated.
- Post order management such as changing quantities putup colors etc..
- Provide initial support to customers where required and observe the need to transfer technical queries where necessary to Customer Innovation Centre (CIC).
- Control credit blocks proactively and solve and/or escalate issues to Sales or Finance.
- Handle invoice/account queries raising and checking credit notes where appropriate.
- Report any problem affecting service to customers to the Internal Account Manager.
- Organize the return of goods in line with Company procedures implement the dispatch of replacements where appropriate.
- Manage time effectively to ensure that department KPI#s are met (e.g. Order entry and Complaint resolution).
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Internal and External Sales teams BUs Customer Innovation Centre (CIC) Supply Chain and other internal and external customers.
- Communicate fluently in English with internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge ofsales strategy customer service processes and products.
- Train customers on tools available to them such as edesk online catalog etc..
- Liaise with the planners to facilitate leadtime improvement for the critical projects.
- Manage logistical issues for all customers such as monitoring tracking numbers delivery issues lost and damaged shipment.
- Providing documentations like RoHS DOC etc. to all customers.
- Organize loan of equipment to customers.
- Data Administration within the systems (bpcs toolbox)such as updating customer details internal shipping forwarder details
Required Skills and Experience
- You are fluent in English. Any additional language is advantageous.
- Education: You hold a business degree or have relevant experience
- Teamplayer: You are a true team player and cultural aware.
- Priorities: You can prioritize in a constantly changing environment
- System knowledge: Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
