Strategy Manager

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives (Business Case) to drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and execute strategic initiatives effectively. Provide guidance and support in decision-making processes to senior management. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Develop data-driven business cases to justify transformation initiatives. Lead the setup and execution of the Strategy & Growth Office (SGO), including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
