Responsibilities
- Lead partnership and agreement negotiations, ensuring competitive offerings in inventory access, benefits, and commissions
- Maintain partner relationships to foster sustainable growth and high satisfaction levels
- Monitor partner performance to uphold service quality standards and drive improvements in member satisfaction and efficiency
- Analyse redemption data and partner demand to optimise strategies for client engagement and revenue growth
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings to maintain leadership in the industry
- Develop and execute new strategies, campaigns, and processes to enhance client satisfaction, company revenue, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in the food and beverage industry
- Understanding of the industry
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
