They have multiple clients across the region and the Facilities Manager will have the opportunity to work with one of their major clients that has a global presence.
This role will have many responsibilities including overseeing and managing all specialized Maintenance and Facilities Management services of the building including Civil Works, MEP installations, Lifts, Escalators, Fire Fighting, Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Low Current Systems, Third Party Inspections, Consultants, etc.
The Facilities Manager will also be required to maintain and build relationships with internal members of the team and sub-contractors. This role will be held accountable for budgeting and KPI’s set by the client, ensuring everything is actioned in a timely manner.
The successful candidate should have 10+ years of experience working within the FM sector, have 5+ years of experience working in a managerial role and hold a degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering or related field.
