Required Skills and Experience *
Strong ITAM experience
3+ years of experience with general overall Experience and focus on asset disposals and documentation of that process
Working experience with Service Now ITSM (IT Service Management) and Service Now HAM PRO (Hardware Asset Management)
Experience working in an ITIL environment
Experience working with a CMDB (configuration management database)
Strong Excel Skills (experience with creation and utilization of pivot tables are a must have)
