JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining comprehensive project plans for various initiatives within the organization. This role ensures that all projects are aligned with strategic goals, properly tracked, and executed efficiently.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate with project managers to gather requirements and define project scope.
2. Tracking and Monitoring: Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks. Maintain a risk register and ensure all risks are documented and communicated.
