RF RAN Engineer

Position Overview:

As an RF RAN Engineer you will be responsible for designing planning and optimizing the Radio Access Network (RAN) for our clients. You will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful deployment of wireless networks and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF engineering and a proven track record of delivering successful RAN projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design plan and optimize the RAN for wireless networks
• Conduct site surveys and analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to improve network coverage and capacity
• Work closely with the project team to ensure the successful deployment of wireless networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during network deployment or operation
• Monitor network performance and make recommendations for network optimization
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in RAN technology
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the RAN
• Maintain accurate documentation of network designs and configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Telecommunications or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RF engineering with a focus on RAN design and optimization
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and protocols
• Experience with network planning and optimization tools
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus.
