Accountable for the recruitment strategy process policies and procedures as well as ensuring alignment with the companys strategy and talent requirements.
Additionally the Recruitment Officer is accountable for the daytoday recruitment activities of the companys which includes identifying recruitment requirements sourcing interviewing and assessing candidates and selecting successful candidates.
Responsible for managing the companys recruitment activities to ensure that the right candidates meet all talent requirements on time. This includes identifying recruitment requirements; sourcing interviewing and evaluating candidates; selecting the most qualified candidates; and effectively onboarding new employees.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Business Administration Human Resources Management Psychology Law.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field
