Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in APM sales or related technology sales roles, with at least 10] years of experience in a sales leadership position.
- Deep understanding of Asset Performance Management (APM) technologies, predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and asset-intensive industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and moti-vate a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
