Our client is seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Senior Geography/Humanities Teacher with specialised expertise in delivering the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) curriculum. Responsibilities:

Curriculum Leadership:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive geography/ humanities lessons tailored for IGCSE students.

• Mentor and support other teachers in the department.

• Utilize innovative and engaging approaches to foster an interest in the subject matter.
• Adapt teaching methodologies and materials to accommodate the diverse learning needs of our clients' students.
• Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking among students through engaging classroom interactions.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

• Formulate and implement assessment strategies including examinations and assignments to assess student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance facilitating student improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance with attention to detail.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Foster transparent and effective communication channels with students parents and colleagues to maintain a supportive learning community.

• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support a cohesive and enriching educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Geography Humanities or a related field; preference given to candidates holding a master's degree in education or a related discipline.

• Teaching experience within the IGCSE curriculum framework.

• Genuine passion for education and a steadfast commitment to nurturing the holistic development of students.

• Proficiency in educational technology tools and a willingness to integrate them into the teachinglearning process.
