Responsibilities:
1. Based on company strategy and user needs, conduct user research, industry analysis, competitor research, etc., to deeply understand business scenarios such as smart parks and buildings, collaborative spaces, collaborative efficiency, smart hardware, and user-centric experiences. Collect, organize, and evaluate user needs, and conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and operational scenarios.
2. Based on research and analysis results, generate and provide solutions that are close to user needs, fit the company culture, and align with development strategies, to improve business operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate with multiple teams to implement solutions, follow up on implementation progress, including data analysis, user research, proposal submission, project implementation, and follow-up, and evaluate the effectiveness of project implementation.
4. Establish an objective and quantifiable user experience measurement system, responsible for standardizing various business-related processes, providing rational feedback and suggestions, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project implementation and promotion, promoting business iteration or innovation, and improving user experience.
5. Stay updated on industry innovations and new technologies, continuously iterate smart space services in line with company strategy, and promote the intelligence and standardization of corporate real estate services, continually improving the level of refined operational management.
Qualifications
Minimal requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in real estate project management or a relevant field.
2. Have a user-centric mindset and service awareness, possess user experience awareness and business acumen, and proactively identify pain points and risks in rules and processes.
3. Have a data-driven mindset. Able to accurately define problems, analyze the essence of things, excel in systematically solving problems, possess a keen sense of logical thinking and structured thinking.
4. Have strong communication and collaboration skills, with project management, promotion, and delivery abilities, plus a strong sense of ownership.
5. Resilient, willing to learn, able to multitask, and capable of working in a fast-moving environment, while being a curious person.
Preferred requirements
1. Experience in business support, user research, project management, and system construction is preferred, with priority given to those in office space, smart hardware, and related industries.
2. Comfortable corresponding with executive level clients, and interacting with individuals at all levels is preferred.
3. Experience working in large foreign companies or multinational corporations, and experience in landing overseas projects is preferred.
