- Preparation of budget and monthly financial forecasts, analyze and report variances, collect risks and opportunities by supporting and challenging zone team
- Monthly closing activities, reporting and analysis
- Working with finance systems and reporting (SAP, Essbase, TTM, Power BI, Excel)
- Support and make recommendations to sales and marketing teams through business cases calculation for new product/country/customer launches, adjustments of commercial or logistic conditions, pricing and portfolio management (countries/product mix analysis and recommendations)
- Tracking of trade and marketing investments
- Business process improvement and simplification, participation in different projects (new systems and process implementation)
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards within zone
