Sales Supervisor

• Supervise and Lead: Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Sales and Merchandising: Monitor sales, ensure proper product displays, and assist with inventory management.
• Operations: Handle daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash management.
• Administrative Duties: Prepare sales reports, manage documentation, and assist in hiring and training staff.
• Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships and implement loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of retail sales experience, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
