As a perfectionist in the kitchen you will assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage and organise all kitchen requirements to the highest standards in accordance to the standard operating procedures. In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to support the Sous Chef in creating exciting new dishes and recipes.
