Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain an efficient document management system, policies, procedures, and standards for all departments in the organization.
Lead the document control process & ensure all documents are accurately scanned, renamed, uploaded as per the standards.
Ensure all document control activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Facilitate internal and external audits by providing timely access to required documentation and ensuring document integrity.
Work closely with various departments to streamline document control processes and ensure consistent documentation practices.
