Job Description

  • Supervise daily banking operations, including payments processing, deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • Evaluate and improve payment processes, aligning with Treasury digital transformation initiatives such as Cash Pooling and aggregated payments processing.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with banking partners to streamline processes, address issues, and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks related to banking activities, including fraud prevention and cybersecurity measures.
  • Prepare reports on Treasury operations, performance, and key metrics to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain a comprehensive banking master database for all group bank accounts.
  • Assist internal departments and the group with new product development, implementations, and general Treasury/banking services inquiries.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate bank account openings with financial institutions for the group.
  • Review and negotiate banking agreements, including ISDA master agreements, SLAs, and MA-CUG agreements.
