Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
Monitor and respond to IT service requests and escalate issues as needed.
