Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
Provide information and assistance regarding flight schedules, gate locations, and airport services.
Ensure compliance with airport security protocols and procedures.
Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
Direct passengers through security checkpoints and assist with lost luggage claims.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
