Establishes retail sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales targets for the retail department for sales area manager s review.
Projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Develops policies & procedures for the retail sales functions in the organization.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers by understanding service requirements.
Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
Completes retail sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Provides customized services and paypersonalized attention to the customers for achieving a
higher level of satisfaction with the delivery of product.
Prepares feedback reports to sales area manager for support and guidance.

Qualification:
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration
or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of retail management
