Job Description
- Provides expert and impartial advice to executive management to facilitate decision-making across all transaction aspects.
- Plays a key role in multifunctional transaction teams, offering comprehensive financial support throughout transactions.
- Evaluates commercial options and assesses transaction counterparties and joint venture partners.
- Ensures valuation accuracy in transactions, including meticulous preparation of financial models adhering to This Company standards, robust documentation of assumptions, and thorough risk assessment.
- Presents bid price recommendations to senior management considering the competitive landscape.
- Manages financial due diligence, coordinating advisors' activities, and communicating findings to executive management for valuation and agreement considerations.
- Offers guidance on transaction accounting aspects.
- Contributes to definitive transaction agreements and oversees purchase price adjustments and post-transaction allocations.
- Participates in integration planning, advising on finance integration aspects.
- Coordinates inputs from other finance experts in transactions.
- Guides and mentors team members in transaction processes.
- Contributes to process and methodology enhancements to establish M&A execution excellence within the company.
- Undertakes ad hoc financial analysis tasks, including transfer pricing, impairment reviews, government incentives, and group policy reviews.
