We are looking for a PreSales Consultant Position (Arabic Speaking) with the following skillset who can join at the earliest.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works in a team to provide effective and efficient proposals within the specified timeframe based on the received RFPs from the Bid Management.
- Leads a presales team assigned for a specific turnkey solution opportunity as a single point of contact with Account Manager / Bid Management / Procurement and other technology departments to build a turnkey architecture and endtoend solution proposal
- Reports the progress of the entire assigned presales tasks to the Bid Management / PreSales Team Lead / Account Manager.
- Gather the clarifications from the assigned presales team members compile and communicate with the Customer and followup until getting the full response on the clarifications that to deliver a competitive proposal that fulfill the needs and meet the budget.
- Addresses and respond to any clarifications received from the customers end during or after the bidding phase
- Prepare the BoQs design and overall architecture for turnkey solutions involving different vendors and technologies
- Carryout the deal registrations pricing negotiation securing price protection with Vendors / Distributors.
- Attends any required site surveys and/or prebid meetings for complete assessment necessary to fully understand design and submit a proposal that fulfills customer needs.
- Receives the input from the assigned presales team members for the different solution components validates and consolidates.
- Prepares and consolidates the final technical and commercial proposal.
- Support the presales engineers to provide a cohesive technical proposal and costing sheet.
- Submits technicallyefficient and competitive proposals to Sales / Bid Management (Technical Proposal Costing Sheets and Supporting Quotes).
- Conduct a presentation to present the proposed solution to the customer
- Participates in customer meetings to support business development that may be a good venue for generating new leads (oversell and crosssell).
- Works with the team to solve any presales issues or escalations (if any) find technical presales workarounds supports and guides the presales team in solving any presales constraints.
- Leads the partnership relation with IT vendors/disti as a single point of contact between the vendors Channel Manager and ITQANs Sales procurement finance marketing and management teams for: rebates Vendors promotions programs and updates.
- Handover the awarded opportunities to the postsales team for successful delivery of the project.
- Onboard new technologies and solutions that enrich the company portfolio and offerings
Required Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor engineering degree in IT Communications or computer science
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) and/or other relevant technical certificates (Fortinet Palo Alto HPE VMware etc.)
- English fluency
- Competent presentation skills
- Network and Security Handson experience
- 8 years System Integration Experience
- 4 years of Presales experience on multivendor turnkey solutions
