Job Description

  • Extensive knowledge (5 years +) of working with technology and executing regional deals.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate cash management, including payments, collection and liquidity management solutions, supported by strong Channel knowledge (Host-to-Host, SWIFT, API, etc.)
  • Proficient knowledge in project management tools and industry qualification and accreditations (e.g. PMI, PRINCE1, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Soundtrack record, which evidences significant experience in the onboarding of clients and implementation of transaction banking (cash management) solutions across the network.
  • Language proficient: Fluent (Business) English, Arabic is highly advantageous (optional).

  • Must demonstrate a keen interest in learning the business and its processes, in order to best support our corporate clients across the network with a focus on the GCCE.
  • Must have passion for customer experience to delight Mashreq clients.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand complex problems, make sound decisions, recommendations and communicate solutions in a proactive manner.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to articulate concepts effectively to business users, operational teams and technical specialists at all levels of seniority within client and verticals.

  • High commercial awareness of new technological developments to enhance the client onboarding experience. Experience:
  • Possess sound experience in cash management, product implementation and project management.
  • Good understanding of local, regional and international transaction banking products, international cash management product platforms and operational support models that best serve client onboarding.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry with demonstrated experience, competence and expertise in a similar role in recent career.
