KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop annual sales plans for the assigned area in line with total channel plans and ensure all sales objectives, both short term and long term are met.
· Lead the Route Sales team in enabling them to react to local challenges and opportunities instantly.
· Lead, motivate and supervise a team of Route sales representatives and involve in providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
· Monitor the performance of Route sales representatives and provide feedback to help them improve. Involve in conducting performance reviews and taking corrective actions as needed.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and other factors that may impact sales and use this information to report to Area Sales Managers.
