Vice President Internal Audit

• Support the development of annual internal audit plan and assist in ensuring compliance with the internal audit annual plan as per industry standards and best practice
• Implement the annual IA Plan supporting the Group IA Head/ line manager
• Implement IA assurance activities, investigations, advisory and strategic initiatives against the departmental KPI’s

Roles And Responsibilities

Planning & Administration:

• Assist the development and revision of Internal Audit processes and governance documents (e.g., Charter, P&Ps, etc.) for line manager’s review.
• Assist in the annual risk assessment exercise for formulating department strategy and plans
• Ensure compliance to the approved IA processes, P&Ps during the execution of assurance activities.
• Assist the implementation of assigned departmental strategic projects
• Interview and select suitable candidates for assurance engagements secondments
• Monitor service provider’s billings and analyze internal audit budgets per engagement and respond to variances.
