- Provide support to agents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with onboarding and training
- Offer exceptional customer support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Assist the finance team in reconciling financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and resolving discrepancies
- Oversee and manage FTP uploads, ensuring data transfer and file sharing are secure and efficient
- Administer and support one-time password activities for user authentication and data security.
- Maintain and secure browsers and applications for safe use
- Manage access levels and permissions for users, ensuring security and data protection
- Manage and update location information and network data to ensure accurate service availability
- Collaborate with the IT team to address network-related issues and improvements
- Oversee currency updates and modifications to align with changing financial regulations
- Ensure all systems and documentation are updated accordingly
- Coordinate and schedule services, ensuring timely delivery
- Manage service schedules and rescheduling as needed
- Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions
- Handle transaction amendments as required by customers or regulatory changes
- Authorize and approve transactions within defined limits

The Successful Applicant
What is required and what we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Min 2-3 Yrs. experience in operations and data management, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software and data processing tools.
- Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
